Lifeline C-PVC plumbing system is manufactured using world's best Japanese material and technology. It is a safe, long lasting and cost effective solution for hot and cold water. This system is suitable for all plumbing and potable water application. The pipes and fittings are made of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride and it is available in complete range from 15 to 50mm (½" to 2") as per copper tube sizes (CTS). The pipes are available in SDR 11 and SDR 13.5 whereas fittings are available in SDR 11 class. Pipes and most running fittings in SDR 9 i.e. heavy pressure class in 20 and 25mm (¾" and 1") are also available. Threaded inserts in the transition fittings are made from brass to withstand chemical corrosion at elevated temperatures.
Pipes and fittings in CTS are manufactured according to IS15778 and ASTM D-2846 respectively. Pipes and fittings in 65 to 150mm (2½" to 6") are also available in IPS ( Iron Pipe Size like inch series similar to aqua gold). The pipes are available in SCH 40 and SCH 80 as per ASTM F 441where as fittings are available in SCH 40 and SCH 80 as per ASTM F438 and F 439 respectively. Very soon we are going to add 6", 8" and 10" size C-PVC pipes both in SCH 40 and SCH 80 pressure class along with 6" size fittings in SCH 80 to meet requirements of industrial sector. The choice of the raw material, the structural accuracy and the strict quality control imparts a high degree of reliability to Supreme Lifeline C-PVC. Lifeline is the most suitable, easy and economic solution for transportation and distribution of potable water. It is technically superior, cost effective and offers many advantages over G.I. and other conventional systems. It is approved and listed by WRAS, U.K. and M.C.G.M.
Lifeline C-PVC is designed for Hot and Cold water supply in residential, commercial and public projects, high and low rise buildings, corporate houses and academic institutes, solar heater application etc.
- Excellent resistance to corrosion and chemical attacks -
Lifeline is absolutely free from corrosion and offers excellent resistance to great number of chemicals like strong mineral acids and bases.
- Most suitable for carrying drinking water -
Lifeline is an absolutely free from corrosion and negative biological effects. It does not break down even under the harshest water condition hence the quality of water never deteriorates. It is endorsed with most prestigious W.R.A.S. (UK) certification.
- Light weight, easy and quick assembly -
together with simple solvent cement jointing method results in extensive saving on time and labour.
- Tough and rigid material -
C-PVC has a much higher strength/modulus than other thermoplastics used in plumbing application. The material can withstand high pressure and due to its tough and rigid material property, it requires less supports with minimum offsets/looping.
- Simple and leak proof joints -
Jointing can be done speedily with special solvent cement supplied by the company which ensures 100% leak proof joints.
- Low thermal expansion -
As co-efficient of thermal expansion is low, expansion due to temperature variations is reduced and hence unsightly snaking of pipes can be avoided.
- Superior insulation properties -
Lifeline has better insulation properties than metal pipes, thus heat loss and insulation requirements are reduced.
- Fire resistance -
Lifeline C-PVC does not support combustion.
- High quality standard and wide range -
The system consists of pipes and fittings both in CTS and IPS series. Heavy duty SDR 9 series in 3/4 and 1" sizes is also made available. The wide range of fittings makes the installation easy, fast and economical.
- Maintenance free -
Being free from rusting, pitting or scaling and galvanic or electrolytic corrosion, maintenance is minimal.Being free from rusting, pitting or scaling and galvanic or electrolytic corrosion, maintenance is minimal.
- Long life -
Supreme Lifeline is designed to last for more than 50 years.
- Overall economy -
This system is most cost effective than any other plumbing system.
