PVC-O Piping System
Supreme has introduced its advanced PVC-O piping system, a high-performance, cost-effective alternative to Ductile Iron (DI) pipes. Ideal for high-pressure water supply, irrigation, and industrial effluents, these pipes are manufactured using bi-axial orientation (Class 500) to realign molecular structures into a laminar form. This innovative process doubles the material's strength and increases impact resistance tenfold compared to standard PVC-U. The resulting structure prevents crack propagation, ensuring a durable, reliable, and maintenance-free service life for government and industrial infrastructure.
Supreme PVC-O pipes are 100% recyclable and manufactured as per IS 16647:2017 standard (ISO 16422:2014 and EN 17176-2). These pipes are made available in 110 to 400mm sizes in various pressure classes, i.e. PN12.5, PN16, PN20 and PN25. The operating temperature range is from 27°C to 45°C. The required plastic and metal fittings are made available to complete the piping system requirements. The pipes are supplied with an integrated socket system with rubber rings that function as the union between pipes, which ensures leak tightness, enabling quick and easy jointing.
