Nu-Drain

Nu-drain underground and drainage system is one among the many innovative products pioneered and offered by the company. It is a breakthrough in underground sewerage system technology giving several advantages over the old fashioned conventional products. The system is designed to carry soil and waste from domestic, commercial, and industrial building drainage systems to roadside sewer or drain and from there to the treatment plant or disposal point. It offers features like perfect hydraulic properties, great strength, durability and flexibility to meet the site loading requirements. Being absolutely impenetrable, it eliminates soil and water contamination, as well as water seepage and maintains high hygiene standards.

Components of Nu-drain Underground drainage system

Nu-drain comprises complete piping system with different sizes of inspection chambers, manholes, covers, and required accessories along with different types of solid wall and structured wall pipes. We are the only company to offer complete system solution with required technical support in project design and installation.

A complete system solution is provided by Nu-drain, comprising readymade "Ultra" inspection chambers in varying sizes and configurations, pipes, fittings, and accessories.

Manhole

Manhole is an important components of the Nu-drain underground drainage system and offers an innovative and path-breaking solution to address requirements of sewerage segment. It provides easy access for inspection, cleaning, or maintenance. Supreme Ultra manholes having robust design, durability, and flexibility are the best substitute to the conventional concrete and masonry manholes. These readymade, ready to use manholes offered by the company consists of a base, a shaft and a cone with suitable cover. In addition to the three piece design, a single piece cost-effective design is also offered for invert depths up to 3.0 m. These strong and sturdy manholes are designed, manufactured and tested as per EN:13598 standards and are approved by MCGM. Ultra manholes are made available in spacious 800, 1000 and1200 mm sizes in different configurations.

SAFEGARD Septic Tanks

Safegard readymade septic tanks are the most useful and advanced product pioneered in the country by the company. These ready to use septic tanks in plastics are designed to provide a better substitute to the existing conventional brick and concrete septic tanks or the tanks made from hume pipes. Conventional septic tanks frequently contaminate the soil and groundwater and offer a limited and unreliable life expectancy. However, Supreme Safegard septic tanks are free from the preceding issues as they have an easy-to-install ergonomic design that is secure, hygienic, and are resistant to corrosion and chemicals. The tanks are available in capacities ranging from 1000 litres to 29500 litres. Supreme Safegard tanks withstand national and international standards providing around 50 years of service life.

‘Cleanage’ readymade toilet blocks & urinals

After ‘Nu-Drain’ underground drainage system and ‘Safegard’ septic tanks, we have introduced readymade toilets and urinals under the brand name ‘Cleanage’. These products are offered to promote hygiene at public places. These ready to use products equipped with necessary traps, plumbing accessories and electric connections can be directly installed on site without any need of construction or civil work. Hence helps to save precious time, space and efforts. Unlike the conventional toilets and urinals these products can be easily relocatable. Moreover, they have excellent structural strength and stability.

Cleanage products are free from corrosion and chemical reactivity. Their smooth surface makes cleaning and washing them very simple. This guarantees the users' hygiene. In order to provide efficient ventilation, Cleanage toilet blocks are equipped with louvers for free air circulation and a circular vent opening on the roof. Modular toilets are provided with an Indian and European toilet base. Men's urinals feature built-in flushing mechanism. This urinal block comes with one unit that has four urinals, a 200-litre overhead water tank, and all the necessary drainage equipment.
