Industrial Application Films

Industrial grade films are composite films applied on the inner surface of a mold at the time of curing to harden the component layers. They are also extensively used as anti-corrosive packaging for metal surfaces.

Specifications:

Wide thickness range from 50µ to 200µ

Features:

  1. Provides durability
  2. Anti-corrosive properties
  3. Improves surface quality

Applications:

Films for composites

  • - On applying Supreme films for composites on the inside surface of a mold, performs curing to harden the component layers. This subsequently removes the cured wind turbine blade from the mold. The typical thickness of these films ranges from 55 µm to 200 µm. They are used in Windmill blades and SMC Compounds

VCI Films

  • - The typical thickness of VCI films ranges from 50 microns to 100 µm and they are used in anti-corrosive packaging for metal surfaces.
